Memories of John Batten Memories of John Batten who was stationed on Camp King as a single enlisted man and then returned as a married service member. He left just prior to the post being turned over to the German Government. An Interesting perspective.

Memories of Roy Kirklen Mr. Kirklen was a SP4 assigned to a tenant unit, the 531st MI. He worked in the motor pool. He was there from October 1966 to August 1967.
Memories of Roy Butler Mr. Butler was a POW on the post in 1943. He also submitted some great art work.
Memories of Jim Gannon Mr. Gannon was a new lieutenant assigned to the 4th transportation Brigade from 1970 to 197.1
Memories of Bill Jeffers Mr. Jeffers was a POW on the post in February 1945
Memories of Jerry Jensen Jerry Jensen was on the post with the 513th MI Battalion from 1963-1965. He served as the Provost Marshall during his assignment.
Memories of Jean Ross Kondek Interesting memories from the daughter of Franz Ross one of the most noteworthy commanders of the Post. She was on the post as a teenager, young adult, in the 1950's.
Memories of Steve Robeson Mr. Robeson was a Lt assigned to 4th Transcom in 1970. His memories give a personal insight into life as an officer.

My Memories I lived both on Camp King and Near Camp King. I lived on the post from 1970-1975 and near the Post, Steinbach, from 1977-1982
